About Kansas City Bacon Company


 

 

On a crisp Monday in October of 2015, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that bacon and other processed meats cause cancer. It was at this time I decided if I was going to eat bacon; it would have to be "bacon worth dying for." The WHO later clarified their statement, but I already started my journey to finding better bacon and began curing my own.

 

The Kansas City area has plenty of smoke, but not enough of it going towards bacon. Fast forward a few years and the Kansas City Bacon Company is born, creating gourmet craft bacon like you’ve never tasted before.

 

Gourmet craft bacon will be available for purchase beginning in early 2017!
